Refund Policy
At ElixPro, we sell digital accounts and services. Because these are digital goods, they cannot be returned once delivered.
Refunds or replacements are only provided if:
• The account is not delivered
• Login details are incorrect or unusable
• The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
No refunds or replacements if:
• The account works at delivery but later gets restricted
• Platform policies are violated
• Buyer fails to follow usage guidelines
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
